My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

When my mother was admitted into a nursing home with Dementia I entrusted the sale of our beloved family home to Connells of Romsey and matters could not have been in more capable hands. My account was dealt with by Luke Farrelly who, along with the team at Romsey, helped make an emotionally difficult time stress free. Luke has a can-do attitude and I was impressed by his optimism and energy from our very first meeting. Luke's ideas on pricing our house to generate interest, putting together opens days with multiple viewings to foster competitive offers appealed to me and within a couple of weeks we had a great offer which led to the sale of the property. I could not be more pleased with the service I received and would happily recommend Luke and Connells to anyone considering selling their home.
