My wife and I had a meeting with the Connells mortgage adviser Ali. I took a call from Ali the day before the meeting. In the 5 minute conversation I could tell that she new what she was talking about and more importantly she was someone we could trust to make sure we got the best mortgage deal. I have a background in Financial Services my wife does not. I asked Ali to go over the mortgage process with my wife to make sure she understood everything. I sat and listened to the conversation and was impressed with how clearly Ali talked about the process and explained all of the terms.

Thus far I have only used Connells, Romsey to come and value my property. However I was pleasantly surprised and MOST impressed with the service that they appear to offer, which in part appeared a little different to the norm! John's suggestion of taking a photo of our conservatory and garden at night to pop into the glossy brochure seemed such a great idea. So obvious really when you consider viewings are normally done during the daytime! John was indeed both knowledgable and friendly. It was very re-assuring to discover that any potential buyers would be financially checked first by Connells and also that company appear to have a very flexible attitude to their charging structure. FIVE STARS!

I have to say Cornell’s have been amazing through out our house sale. It proved far trickier than we could have thought when we embarked on this - several sales fell through, through no fault of the estate agent and they helped manage the house and its belongings, as I was selling from a distance. They went over and above to keep me informed as to what was going on and when there was a difficult situation only 2 days before completion, they handled it with absolute professionalism and care. Many thanks in particular to Claire, who was outstanding. When things are going well, estate agents just do their job, but there are not many that really put themselves out like this office has, when something unforeseen happens!! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I don’t normally do reviews, but on this occasion I will make an exception. I have just recently sold my late fathers home through Connell’s, Romsey. I am so impressed by how easy the sale process has been for me. Lisa and Paula had potential interested buyers before the property actually went on the market. Along with a professional photographic portfolio, accompanied by a short video its no wonder my property was not up for sale for long! I found Lisa & Paula not only professional, but friendly and extremely knowledgeable at what they do. It was a difficult decision for me to make to let my late parents home ‘go’, but Lisa convinced me that the time was right. I have to say, “she was right”. I cannot thank Lisa and her team at Connell’s, Romsey enough for all their help and expertise with the house sale. All done and dusted in 12 weeks. Now that’s a result! From start to finish could possibly be the worst service we have experienced. Had no communication right until the move date. We had to chase them for everything and they still couldn't be bothered to sort it out. Please also do not use the lawyers they recommend they are even worse. Stay away!!!
