GoogleDaniel Collier is excellent at questioning me, challenging my assumptions and trying to find out what I really want. It's a bit like going to a tailors to try on a suit, trying different cuts, fabrics and styles all with my budget in mind. He is filtering everything that comes through his office until we find the right one. Have every confidence that we will. Pleasent people in the office not too flashy or financially impractical. A thoroughly helpful experience. What one needs.

GoogleSlightly concerned at the lack of communication with us since we put our house on the market. No proper feedback on viewings and when requested a price decrease on line it wasn’t actioned on the first request then actioned on the second but got the price wrong. Not a great start

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish! We had our flat on the market for a year with another agent with no interest. Thought our flat was unsellable, and was considering dropping the price. It went up for sale on boxing day and Jordan assured me that they would try their best for me without dropping the price, and they sold it to the first person who viewed it! Shoutout to Pepe and Nikki who kept me informed at every stage, and they were a joy to work with. Couldn't recommend them more.

GoogleI telephoned Connells regarding a new property to the market in North Baddesley today. The chap I spoke to was obviously in a bad mood and was very abrupt. This is not the way to encourage customers.

GoogleWe were very happy with the way Connells and in particular Nicky dealt with the whole, stressful move situation. From the first interview with realistic pricing, through all the ups and downs Connells were brilliant. We didn't have to be there and show anyone around, they are proper estate agents and we went out so people could look and Connells looked after the house. We had an offer quite quickly and Connells have had the rest of the chain to deal with. We've had daily phone calls throughout the most stressful parts and as I kept apologising to her Nicky said don't worry Viv, we understand house moving is stressful. So I would say: please don't be discouraged when you move IT IS one of the most stressful things to do short of dying. If you want someone to hold your hand through it and do their best, then I highly recommend Connells. Just to put this into perspective for you I have bought and sold now 9 times from my first property to an inheritance and actually think Connells is one of the best I have encountered.

GoogleHonestly, trying to deal with this agency is the most frustrating experience ever. Nothing but half truths and mis-information and failed promises. To treat their clients with such contempt is utterly shameless. Why on earth anyone would want to buy or sell from this agency when there are plenty of others in the area who provide a reputable service absolutely escapes me. Seems to me that Connells in Romsey is the embodiment of every bad thing you have ever heard about estate agents. Be cautious before going any where near Connells.

GoogleI contacted Nikki and her team in March regarding selling a 1 bedroom flat. The flat was marketed and within one week , of it being put up for sale, I had a buyer . The process has been well managed and completion of the sales is less than a week away. I would highly recommend Connells if you are thinking of buying or selling a property. It was a particularly difficult sale due to bereavement and Lisa and her team helped with their knowledge and experience to assist us through to completion . GoogleDavid was very helpful and engaging with the process of searching for a mortgage. He was comprehensive in the search for this and the other services they offer. He was a helpful guide through the process of buying my first house. I only mark them down one star as there was some quite obvious 'misinformation' about the state/size of the garage that I could easily dispute.

GoogleI have recently just bought my first property through romsey Connells. I can’t not explain how helpful Lisa the manager was, she guided me through the process due to having a poor solictors with communication. Lisa basically done all the work in behalf of them for me, she speeded things up for me, clear and transparent with information I didn’t know kindly explained everything I needed to know.
