When there have been differences, these were dealt with politely professionally and respectfully. Excellent service and good customer care as we've been able to build a trusting relationship over the years. I feel comfortable and assured that my property has thus far been competently looked after and my interests safeguarded.

GoogleHappy with the service received from Your Move. I was helping my parents with the search and move into their new home and both Andreea and Danielle have been very helpful from the beginning until the move in. Still responsive after that as well which I appreciate. Lots of paperwork and formalities as normal but glad I had their support throughout the process, professionalism, kindness and responsiveness are some of the characteristics that they have shown so far so keep going. I hope there is no need to contact a lot further the agency but if there will be, it will be for sure a pleasure to deal with them. Thank you!

GoogleStaff are really not professionally qualified to do their work. Had a viewing asking for too personal information which is not is not relevant at all. Appointments cancelled at last moment as I am told this information bis required prior to any viewing. I would not recommend this agent if you are a serious buyer.

Without knowing the specifics of your experience, we would point out that the financial qualification of potential buyers is a legal requirement, as well as something we do for the benefit of our sellers. We also have a number of ways for our buyers to demonstrate their buying position and we strive to be helpful in this regard.

GoogleWe recently sold our house using Your move glenwood and I have been meaning to write a review for a few weeks. I cant rate Daniel, Lauren, Gary and Danielle high enough. They are all lovely and helpful. Always responsive to my calls and emails. We lost our buyer and they found us another one within a week. I have found that the staff in the lettings team are always willing to help and are very professional. The regulations over renting have continued to change over the years and the YourMove staff have been knowledgeable and up to date with the changes and provided support and advise to help the property meet the right standards.

GoogleOnly posting 4 stars because we didn’t end up selling but it’s not the teams fault as we had time constraints outside of ours and their control. The team themselves were great the advert was professional and showed the property off to the standard that it is. If we needed to speak to the team they were always available and answered any questions we had. Overall very happy with the level of service we have received and wish the team all the best

GoogleI chose to sell my house with YourMove by pure luck and the fact that they came up with the highest sale price. Oh boy were they spot on. My house was sold within weeks and then there came COVID-19. YourMove remained professional through it and now I have completed. I cannot thank them enough. Their professional service is next to none. Trying to move during a lockdown was horrendous but Lauren worked her socks off and chased all parties in my chain and held my sale together to the very end! Also, Gary and the rest of Lauren’s colleagues were always available to pass on messages from a Lauren yo ensue u was kept in the loop.
