GoogleWe are so grateful to purchase our first home with the help of the chadwell heath team. I cannot express how amazing and supportive the whole team was during the process, purchasing your first home can be daunting especially when we had such a bad experience with another estate agent. The team at Chadwell Heath always kept us updated and was always available to answer queries with the upmost respect and professionalism which made us feel comfortable and confident that we have the right people dealing with the purchase of our new home. If I could could rate my experience over 5 stars I really would, definitely will be recommending Your Move to anyone looking to purchase a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAmazing service throughout the entire purchase, I bought a flat via your move, there were many complications with landlord lender ect, but the team from the estate agents were helping and advising, and also chasing other people to speed up the process, something i did not expect. Danielle been amazing from the start, very professional and had good knowledge about the property when she took me and my wife for a viewing, both times. and ayca was really helpful and prompt, always updated me with current progress and felt like the guys made the the experience a personal one, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend to go check these guys out you will be surprised how amazing service you get from start to end.

GoogleThey have managed my rental properties for many years. All these years I never had any reason to worry about the management. Always approachable and always responded to emails, phone calls. Ready to go extra mile for their customers. Very reasonable charges. They have good contractors who they can send for any jobs that need doing. When the council introduced the landlord licence scheme, they guided me through the process and again I could go through the process with least stress. They have kept me in the clear for all documentation, insurance etc. I have bought a property through them and very happy with their service for buying. I recommend them highly to any landlord seeking estate agent services.

GoogleHappy with the service received from Your Move. I was helping my parents with the search and move into their new home and both Andreea and Danielle have been very helpful from the beginning until the move in. Still responsive after that as well which I appreciate. Lots of paperwork and formalities as normal but glad I had their support throughout the process, professionalism, kindness and responsiveness are some of the characteristics that they have shown so far so keep going. I hope there is no need to contact a lot further the agency but if there will be, it will be for sure a pleasure to deal with them. Thank you!
