I have been a client of Northwood since May 2011. I have been extremely pleased with the way they have conducted the letting of my property. So much so that we had a visit from Brian King and asked him to act as our Agent in order to now sell the property. We were not pressurised by him at all to use his services but would recommend Northwood in all aspects of the letting and now selling of properties. If the case did arise I would use Northwood again, without any hesitation.

Northwoods have made letting my property very easy, their guaranteed rent scheme is very easy and the rent is paid on time, after meeting Brian at my property and being given clear details and the litriture to read it made total sence to allow northwoods to rent the property for me. Shocking, sent an enquiry through three days later still not heard anything so thought I would call them, for then to be told I cannot view the property as they are fully booked. Maybe if you answered my enquiry on the date i sent it, i may of been able to get a viewing and this property would of been let.
