GoogleTop class company. Met Duncan. Showed us the property. And trusted him to call us. Which he did. Somebody who actually keeps there word. Then met the agent Candice. Kept the sale as smooth as possible. Progressing the sale professionally with humour and actually acting upon the words she’s saying. All in all a brilliant estate agent company whom I will be using again without doubt.

GoogleThe most unprofessional service ever. First of all, the agent would barely communicate and every time to get a response I had to email & call several times, often waiting up to a week for a response. Moreover, I was misinformed regarding the progress of the sale (i.e. told that the application was filed, while it in fact wasn't) But the worst part is that after the sale was agreed and about to be finalised, the estate agent found out that the property has an age limit. How can an estate agent not know such basic details about the property as an age limit and still proceed with the sale? They wasted 2 months and caused a lot of upset.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHad our house on the market with this company from October - January. Whenever you call them they are unable to answer your question or able to put you to someone who can answer your call- to be told they will call you back....... to never call you back. I have since read reviews from other people to say the staff are rude- but I have to DISAGREE, they are just incompetent. I have asked to have the house removed from there portfolio...... hopefully to a company that are a little more organised.

GoogleMessage to all Landlords. Do not use Keys & Lee to manage your property under any circumstances. Keys & Lee failed to renew the gas certificate on expiry despite having received 4 reminder letters from British Gas; Keys & Lee failed to report the fact that the property had deteriorated under their management which required repair works costing £10000; Keys & Lee failed to pay rent received to me on time; Keys & Lee allowed rental arrears to build up without taking any action; Keys & Lee failed to find a suitable replacement tenant in 4 months ( the new letting agent found a suitable tenant within 3 days of being instructed). I sincerely regret having to make these comments but I would not want other Landlords to be treated in this way.
