GoogleKeys and Lee have been such a help in our moving in to our new home. Charlotte and Sarah expertise in ensuring that our reference went through, they were such a help and communication were of a top level of excellence. Duncan relaying of information was amazing in our moving in process and him ensuring every info was informed back to team was to the tea and really appreciated his skills too. Overall keys and Lee has been such a help with us settling in to our house and would consider them as an estate to surely discuss about property with as we would not have got this if it was not for them.

I felt attended to with so much warmth, right from the viewing stage to the getting of the keys, I felt comfortable interacting with them always. What an excellent service we received, always on hand to answer any questions, they took every bit of stress out of the sale and kept us up to date with all developments. GoogleKeys and Les have an incredible agents to buy a property with. We found comfort from the Duncan from another property we had viewed. He maintained good contact with us via phone and email, and answered all queries no matter how silly they may seem to somebody with experience. We would gladly come back to Duncan and Keys & Lee when move again (in a long time!).

GoogleDo not don’t use these agents they are very unprofessional. I had my flat on the market for and I did not have one single viewing from these guys. I then asked Charlotte Bates(Sales Negotiator)if one of the other agents can use their photo to advertise my property and she stated that director was away on holiday when thou I made this request to the five days prior and then had to call her and refused to give my even the directors email address. She had a cocky attitude and made every excuse under the sun to use delay tactics to give her more time to advertise my property so she could sell it. I did not even get one viewing ( how can I with Charlottes as a sales negotiator.I don’t think she is even capable of selling a can of coke never mind a house or a flat. I found rude and unhelpful. I would love to ask the director what made him hire her? Anyway don’t waste your time with this agent loads more in Collier Row. I am a very calm and placid person but Charlotte rubbed me up the wrong way and after 5 minutes on the phone to her I took my property off the market with Keys and Lees. Thanks Charlotte not much commission in your wages this month.
