From start to end Haart made our journey in selling our house a breeze. Emma came to valuate our property, taking us through each step carefully and informatively. Josh helped with ensuring that each viewing he did was conducted professionally and well. Rio, the branch manager went above and beyond in ensuring communication continued through the length right from offer accepted down to completion. Of course without doubt buying and selling is stressful and issues come along the way, but by having peace of mind with Haart the stress was less!! Thanks Haart. X

Having a great experience with haart estage agents Chadwell Heath. I'm beyond happy with the service from Emma Fisher! Since I've joined, I've been extremely well looked after by her, it's not everyday to have a sales consultant remember your budget, timeframe, and criteria off the top of your head, amongst the many clients they deal with! She has since been going out of her way and finding properties that match what we are looking for accordingly, not just emailing inconsistent, and random properties like most estate agents! After 9 months of property searching, I feel more secure and my property search looks more promising now than ever. Finally feel as though we're in good hands! Looking forward to our outcome with haarts. More sales consultants like her can truly change the outcome for alot of people in the crowded property market.

Josh Taylor came round to take pictures and complete paperwork and he was an absolute star. We had already started packing so there are boxes everywhere. We had to move stuff around to take the pictures and he helped with all the shifting. He took some amazing photos that really showed the house at its best. He was professional and not at any time did we feel rushed or as if we were 'just another job'. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is going to sell their home. He was a consummate professional.

Sanjiv was the main contact but at different times I had reason to deal with all the other members of the team and they were all fantastic. House selling can be a stressful process but it was made very easy with this professional team. I really don't normally review things as most services don't live up to my expectations or there promises but in this case they really deserve it. Changed to Haart when after several weeks, the sale of my house fell through. I was using a different Estate Agent in Chadwell Heath, and felt it was their fault the purchase fell through, because the "buyer" never did have the funds to purchase my property, although I'd been assured several times they had. The contract with the other agency tied us in for two weeks, but Haart got everything ready to go once that period had elapsed. They found a buyer (who had mortgage funding in place!) and Lewis & Sanjiv kept us informed, and reassured during the whole process. Haart research their vendors thoroughly, and make sure the buyers background is sound before taking your property off the market. Very friendly team, from the moment I walked in off the street. Would recommend without hesitation. Professional from in-branch team to Helen in the progression team. Thank You All

Sadly, we lost our Uncle at Easter (2016) and had to sell his house. Everyone at Haarts, Chadwell Heath, made this such an easy job; from supplying a Probate quote, taking photo's to put the house on the market, only contacting us when there was a serious purchaser and making everything so easy. There were even smiles and laughter at what was a difficult time; such as helping me try and unlock the front door with a newly cut key that did not work to showing me where I could get a decent key cut that would work and helping a blond not have a dumb moment! It was all hassle free and would recommend Haarts to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation as us.

After meeting Lewis originally I immediately felt comfortable. What a polite and professional young man. Advised us as to how to achieve the best possible price on our property and boy did he do so! After achieving £25,000 over the price the property was put on the market for we were gob smacked. This then enable us to find our dream property. Have had my flat on the market with another agent for around 2 months. Numerous viewing but more cancelations than I thought were ever possible. Decided to give Haart a go in Chadwell heath. Breath of fresh air, Emma met me on her day off, correspondence was fantastic and paperwork easy to complete. 3 days later my flat is under offer and moving along nicely to completion. By far the worst estate agents that we've had to deal with when looking for our first property. Amateurs and unprofessional. The estate agents conducting the viewing can't even answer basic questions about the property and will always try to pit you against other potential buyers even though there are no other offers. We had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Josh and Emma and would strongly advise anyone to steer clears of these amateurs. Even if they have a house you really like the amount of BS they'll put you through is not worth it. From pushing you to use their own services (brokers and solicitors) to the point where we was told thar our offers would not be fully acknowledged in comparison to someone who uses the services. Basically saying you either use our broker and solicitor or we won't push your offer forward to the vendor. Absolutely disgusting. Luckily we managed to find the property we wanted with another estate agent who did not put us through such turmoil before the stamp duty deadline. So stay away there's better agents out there in comparison to these incompetent amateurs.
