I never thought I’d be writing a 5 star review for an estate agent but here you go. We have had a complete nightmare selling a relations flat and if it hadn’t been for Lauren’s amazing help i don’t know how we would ever have completed. She was responsive, diligent and hard working we can not thank her enough. Our dealings with Jazz the agent too was so positive. This was a low end sale but the help and attention we have received had been amazing. Lauren is an absolute star.

My wife and I have been looking for a new home for over a year and have seen over 50 properties in that time. We recently viewed a house in Chadwell Heath and, although our offer on the property wasn't accepted, we wanted to leave a review for the great viewing experience we were given. Josh from Haart showed us around the house and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the property, the area and even the neighbours. He was able to answer all of the (many) questions we had, which showed that he had put in the effort to ask the seller all the right questions before taking viewings. This was even more impressive as the house had only just come on the market and hadn't had many viewings before us. Thank you Josh. With the level of service of service you showed us, we're certain you'll have an excellent career ahead of you! I'd also like to add that speaking to Rio over the phone has been delightful too, she has offered very sound advice on the house moving process that has made our lives a lot easier.

We are a couple of "Oldies", way-out of touch with modern technology which seems to control everything these days. It feels like almost everything that could go wrong, has over the last 7 months, but Rio, Emma & Josh from the chadwell heath branch have gone over & above themselves to help us through it all. Finally it's almost over. We know people say "Its only their job", but Rio has been extraordinary (In a good way!) helping us through this nightmare. We will almost miss our daily phone calls, texts & e.mails, it feels like she is part of our family now! We sold our house in Chadwell Heath and had to chose between three agents. In the end it was two horserace with Your Move not even in the running. We settled on Haart, cost wise they were on a equal footing with the other agent. The reason we picked Haart was due to the passion that was shown to us by the agent "EMMA FISHER" during her first visit. During this visit we showed her the house, discussed the value and other aspects when you are looking to sell. Emma's passion is the reason that we chose Haart. She had drive, heart (no pun intended) and was punctual. I knew from the first 5 minutes with Emma that she would put 100% into selling the house and we was correct. Within a short time we had several offers which was screened and manged well by Emma and her Manager Rio. We met Rio further down the line but it was clear to see that she also had passion and drive which rubs off. She led by example, handled viewings when Emma was off and was always available on the phone. Once the sell was complete both Rio and Emma chased agents and solicitors to speed up the process. They both have extensive knowledge of the area and what is available. I wouldn't just recommended Haart. I would recommend Rio and Emma from Haart

We sold our property through Haart esatate agent in Ilford. They were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process of the sale. Raheel Ahmed overlooked the sale of our house. He was extremely efficient in managing viewings and providing us with valuable feedback after the viewings as well. The sale of my property unfortunately fell through as my buyer pulled out and I was unable to find a new buyer in time to keep the property that Haart Chadwell Heath were selling. Months later I have found somewhere else, but during the whole process Haart Chadwell Heath have been with me in my journey. I rang this branch to arrange a viewing for a property and although this could not be done due to issues beyond the agency's control, the agent I spoke too whose name was Rio was very helpful in advising me on house property purchase. Rio was very honest and helpful and genuine in her advice and personally I found her the best agent I have dealt with to date. I would recommend any one to go through her. Due to the previous review, I continued to speak to Rio and once again she was extremely helpful and its not often you get agents like her. Rohil too is a very nice chap.

I used haart to buy my flat previously and all the office were great. I will definitely use haart when it comes to selling my flat and will be telling all my friends and family to use you as well.
