We recently used Haarts for the sale of my Nan's flat, we had already had a terrible experience and a failed sale with another local Agent and we were sure we wouldn't find anyone that could complete the sale for us but Haarts promised us they would deliver and they did - not going to lie we had some hiccups along the way but Haarts kept us calm and we managed to complete eventually - can't thank Lewis, Rio and the team at Chadwell Heath enough - you are amazing!

From the get go Sanjiv was on it! Within a week of putting my flat up for sale it was sold and it hadn't even gone online :) Everything was fast and efficient from taking professional pictures to getting my buyer to book a survey, the rest was down to the solicitors. Impressive work by the whole team and the branch manager Rio for dealing with my outbursts when things didn't go according to plan. Thank you to everyone who worked on my high pressured case including Helen Lines from the East Ham branch, for working hard to get things moving in a complicated chain.

I have just completed the sale of my late Uncle's property in Dagenham and am happy to report that the professionalism, support and understanding the team at Haart have provided has been fantastic throughout. I had three estate agents view & value the property initially and as it was through Probate there was a delay before I could put the property up for sale. The only agent who kept in touch was Sanjiv from Haart and once I received confirmation of Administration of Probate I informed Sanjiv and he then put the wheels into motion. My brother had been doing some work on the property during this time and Sanjev kept in touch to follow the progress. Sanjiv, Rio and other colleagues from the office were great at all times, calling back when they said they would, providing relevant information, etc. And all this came to a successful conclusion at the end of August. I engaged Haart when I decided to move home - both selling and buying. The selling experience has been erratic as the market suffered from Brexit-related uncertainty. In two occasions, the buyers pulled out at the final stage, pushing us back to square one. But Haart had no dearth of energy to restart, often with renewed endeavours. They were simply unwilling to slow down and join me in my frustration! Rio-Marie Maddix and her team went beyond and above my expectations. Rio-Marie encouraged me to stay hopeful while coordinating with numerous issues. She ensured the property I wanted to buy to remain for me by pursuing the seller on regular basis. When selling your house you invite several Estate Agents in. They all say the same thing. The choice and decision is a difficult one. I tend to look to support smaller local businesses. That is what I chose.. It was a cheaper arrangement. We sold it very quickly which threw us out as we had not found our new home. It took us a couple of months. Unfortunately when it came close to exchange of contracts there was a problem and it all fell through. We thought we had lost our new home and was naturally disappointed. I got in contact with Haart at Chadwell Heath and spoke to Lewis Taylor and got the house on the market again straight away. The difference was noticeable straight away. OK you do have to pay a bit more but in what is traditionally a slow time for house sales coming towards Christmas we had around 15 viewings in the first week or so. Kabir and Daanesh dealt with the majority of the viewings. I was very impressed by the way they handled them. It was not long before we sold the house. I don't know much about other Haart branches, but the Chadwell Heath one seems to be building up quite a good reputation within the company as well as customers. In the end we still managed to buy the same house we were after, so for me the experience was a positive one

They are responsive, knowledgeable about the market, honest, ethical, and share the enthusiasm of people looking to buy property through them - a recipe for an amazing purchasing experience. Thank you to all the staff at Haarts, Chadwell Heath- Rio, Lewis, Sanjiv and Helen. My house was sold very quickly -within a couple of weeks, and for a very good price. Special thanks to Lewis, who took the photographs and tidied up beforehand so it all looked good! Everybody was very helpful, cooperative and good humoured; even when I had broadband problems, they helped out with printing documents from my solicitor. I received a professional and efficient service - and my house was sold far more quickly than other identical houses in the street did with other agents. I was pleasantly surprised - I had expected it all to be difficult, but Haarts managed to iron out the problems on the selling side, chasing up when needed.

Unlike most of the positive reviews here, my wife and I had a very bad experience with Haart and especially with Sanjeev and Kabir who work there. We were looking to purchase our very first home together and move away from the family house. We saw a property that we really liked and made our offers and then got accepted. As soon as the offer was accepted we were "advised" to use a solicitor of their choosing. We were told if we do not use their recommended solicitors it will slow the transaction down! That is nonsense. Baring in mind we had previously refused the offer of using their in house mortgage broker, Haart then became really pushy. They called regularly which is common to chase the sale and push things forward, however the tone of the two agents we dealt with, Sanjeev and Kabir become very pushy and also questioned our integrity. They made comments such as "I thought you had booked the survey" which insinuated that we were not telling them the truth. The continuoisly called my wife using a very pushy and intimidating tone. At the time, Haart had convinced the seller to not take the property off the market. They described my wife and I to the seller as "not serious" and therefore when another offer was made from another party, they convinced the seller to accept it. We later found out that the seller was uncomfortable cancelling on us but was advised strongly to do so. Having paid for a survey we were just informed over the phone that the deal was off. We asked Haart to please have the seller call us or we will also offer higher but they never communicated this to the seller. We were treated this way because we were not profitable to Haart as we didn't use their broker nor their solicitors. We were in love with the apartment and my wife was very disheartened by the whole experience. Thankfully an agent who worked at Savils in Loughton suggested that we write a letter directly to the seller and put it through the door. We did this and the seller was blown away by both our passion and how we had been treated by Haart. And thankfully she finally decided to go with us and deal directly so that no more information could be lost in lies or subdued by Sanjeev or Kabir at Haart. We completed the purchase last Tuesday and we look forward to building our memories as a young couple along with our 9 month old daughter.
