I knew from the very first telephone conversation when I rang to request a valuation, that haart would be my agent. I rang 4 in total. I knew nothing of the current market so I needed some research! My home is the most expensive thing I will ever sell. They were invested from that very first call. The questions, the number of questions. When Emma came to do the valuation, there were more questions, but this time relevant to me, and lots of paper. She had already put in a lot of work. I wanted an agent that would take everything off my shoulders and just deal with it, and I wasn't disappointed. Emma, Josh and Rio are a well oiled wheel. Great service from team but i have to mention Rio in particular for her outstanding service ! Im a first time buyer and she has made my journey so much better! She answered every question i had with so much patience ( and i had a lot!) and she went the extra mile. when she was on holiday she made sure valerie looked after us ( thank u both!) some things were touch and go but she pulled through for us and i cant thank her enough! It is a really strange service - you want to see the property 🤔 (if like it to buy) but instead have to "be qualified" through a phone call with THEIR mortgage advisor, who lavishly is offering HIS services. Even the repeated refusal that we have IFA and 2 banks to offer us the money were not enough. If you are searching for a mortgage adviser - call them for a viewing, and will get an adviser🤔. Too demanding and approachable!

I have just had my mortgage offer through and initially I was quite stressed about starting this process, however after meeting with Melissa, she explained everything in such a way, I felt so at ease with the whole process, I did struggle speaking to a previous advisor, who made everything so complicated, so I’m glad I changed over. Melissa had so much time for me too with all the additional things like life protection, trust forms and dealing with all the requirements from the solicitors. You really don’t know what’s involved in the process of buying a home until it starts and I’m truly grateful!!

Haart are by the far the most professional and consistent estate agents in East London. They have proven track record and they value the properties fairly accurately. I was fortunate enough to have engaged with Dan who is an outstanding negotiator. He has excellend understating of the London property market and has guided me on several ocassions.
