GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID IF YOUR A LANDLORD. TRIED TO PROVIDE MY TENANTS WITH A NEW WASHING MACHINE. SPICER HAART SAID IF I PUT 350 POUNDS ASIDE IT SHOULD COVER IT. SURPRISE SURPRISE IT COSTS THE FULL 350 POUNDS. WHEN I LOOK UP THE MODEL IT A CHEAP ONE THAT SELLS FOR ROUGHLY 30% LESS THAN THIS. NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THE TENANTS ARE THE ONES WHO ULTIMATELY SUFFER. ALSO SEE ATTACHED PICTURE OF HAARTS NEW TERMS WHICH STATES THEY WILL TAKE 20% COMMISION OF WORK DONE BY CONTRACTORS WHICH IS INSANE. OBVIOUSLY THE CONTRACTOR THEN CHARGES MORE TO THE LANDLORD TO COVER THIS. SUPER DODGY, SPICER HAART ARE ALREADY GETTING A FULL MANAGEMENT FEE.
