Haart Romford rented out a property that had no working boiler or water. When raised with Haart they simply stated that it’s not their responsibility and the tenant should contact the landlord. The landlord then didn’t help. After council intervention and 2 months with no water the situation was not resolved. Yes, that’s right. 2 months without shower, washing, cleaning, toilet facilities. Just try calling the Romford branch and no one answers, it will always divert to another branch. Very poor service. Edit: Landlord now has a CCJ issued and refusing to pay. Haart not willing to do anything.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Haart Romford when selling a probate property. We had an issue in the property which needed to be fixed before selling which they efficiently managed for us. Mark and the rest of the team found a buyer really quickly. Stephanie in their office was brilliant at pushing through the sale which was quite complicated. She was always very helpful and communicated regularly with progress updates. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their services.
