GoogleIβve used Haart for years to let my property. They have always been really easy to work with fast friendly and efficient. This year my tenant wanted to extend their contract and this was done by Scott with the minimum of fuss and maximum speed and efficiency. GoogleAs landlord very disappointed as the property is managed, you are spoken down, feeling not respected and try to take your decision, they never answer on the phone maybe that's why it took long to rent the property. I have more property and I am with haart in other locations and none of them are like this branch. As landlord in Romford I would probably take different decision as you can see all the low rate reviews are consistent

GoogleI had a problem recently with the boiler and Keeley Fisher helped me sort out the issue in a couple of hours. She was really nice and helpful. She checked regularly throughout the day if the engineers have sort out the problem and if everything went back to normal. I am more than happy with her customer service.

He helped us by listening and really understanding what we were looking for and he actually took us by his transport to the property.
