FacebookUsed haart to sell my flat from point of getting a valuation to completion day absolutely fantastic. Lee who came and valued and did viewings great guy! Annette and Stephanie service from then absolutely brilliant constant phone calls and emails to let me know what was going on. Could not of asked for better service! Thank you

GoogleTo be honest the start rating should be zero. I booked an appointment for a valuation on my mother's home. The appointment was booked for 11.00 am on Saturday. I waiting from 10.30 am until 12.30. I did not have the courtesy of a phone call to say why the valuer did not attend even when I phoned to ask where he was. I phoned a second time and got head office. Even then I never got the courtesy of a reply form ANYONE. They obviously do not need the commission money!

GoogleReally good service in very difficult times. Carly in particular has been excellent at keeping me in touch with what is going on and giving feedback. Even though my house has been up a while due to the current economic situation they haven’t given up or gone for easy options

Google0 stars. Called several times over the last 4 weeks and left messages with no response. Poor vendor. Keep getting transferred to head office who take a message. Seems like 'working from home' for the Haart gidea park staff means not working at all. Avoid.
