We’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Haart, Gidea Park and specifically Lee Glenister. From the very beginning, he has been supportive and transparent with us, always available to answer questions and provide clarity. Lee is extremely professional and has also been very patient with us! We really appreciate how proactive he has been in keeping us updated and informed throughout the process and we’ve never felt the need to chase him. Lee has helped make our experience smooth and we are so grateful for his help and guidance so far. Highly recommended! Lee, Annette and the team kept us fully informed as to progressing the sale of our property in Romford. The office had previously looked after the letting on the property and saw us through several tenants over many years (all no problem!) as well as dealing with a number of maintenance issues efficiently and to high standard. The sale was smoothly taken forward with professional presentation and well organised viewings. Offers were communicated briskly and negotiations with purchasers appropriately taken forward on our behalf and satisfaction by Lee. There was clear communication throughout and staff were approachable and helpful but Lee and Annette were a joy to liaise with! Follow up support continued taking us through the process with which we were nt familiar. Our sale was complicated on our side by land registration issues but the team were patient and most importantly worked to keep the buyer on side during the inevitable delays. No difficulties in highly recommending Lee, Annette and the team for both sale and previous renting support. Thanks Tim

The team at Heart have been fantastic. I am a first time buyer and was warned that estate agents would make the process hard but that has not been the case. After having three valuations from local agents and an online agent, haart were the clear choice for me. I was shocked at the difference. Tom was helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. Before any advertising Carly and Devina had booked in five viewings and we sold the property following a successful blocked viewing with four offers! From 1st valuation to exchange of contracts and completion, HAART at Gidea Park were professional, patient and friendly. As it was our first time selling a property we were in the dark about what to do. We soon realised that we didn't have to worry as the staff made it so much easier. Questions were answered straight away, info came all the time via email and phone call, informing us about viewings, offers and opinions on our property.
