GoogleWhen choosing our selling agent we decided on Haart as the team were all very likeable and that was important as any prospective buyer would need to be happy dealing with the team. The ladies arranged the viewings and showed people around, much better than trying to do it yourself. We quickly received offers that were acceptable and an indication that the other agents target prices were way off. Haart know the market. The communication throughout the process was professional and constant and the sales team whipped up plenty of interest. When the sale was agreed the finalisation of the deal was handled exceptional well with obstacles managed in a way that would not be achieved without that personal touch. I'm experiencing agents on the other side now and have high expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Haart Gidea Park to friends and family.

GoogleI have phoned the estate agent 3 times re a viewing on a property, each time a different response. It’s had an offer, or it’s still taking viewings we will contact vendor. Each time no contact back to myself updating me of situation. It’s been over 2 weeks since my first call. Still no reply from Haart Gidea Park. Poor customer Service. I appreciate there is a pandemic, but surely, either an email or some contact would be nice, rather than none at all.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleVarious calls made to this branch, they never answer in the office and always get put through to the concierge service. No reply for at least 24 hours or longer. This has been when trying to view properties or when making enquiries. The worst being when calling to remove an offer, to prevent wasting the sellors time. I've sent various emails and made various calls to withdraw an offer and no response from anyone in the branch even though the concierge marked my request as urgent after my third call. I am pleased I will not be doing any kind of business with this company.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleTo be honest the start rating should be zero. I booked an appointment for a valuation on my mother's home. The appointment was booked for 11.00 am on Saturday. I waiting from 10.30 am until 12.30. I did not have the courtesy of a phone call to say why the valuer did not attend even when I phoned to ask where he was. I phoned a second time and got head office. Even then I never got the courtesy of a reply form ANYONE. They obviously do not need the commission money!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
