After having three valuations from local agents and an online agent, haart were the clear choice for me. I was shocked at the difference. Tom was helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. Before any advertising Carly and Devina had booked in five viewings and we sold the property following a successful blocked viewing with four offers! From here on in, the whole team and especially Jacqui kept the sale running smoothly taking the stress and hassle out of the whole process. I have already recommended haart Gidea Park to a friend manly due to their caring and professional service which were second to none.

From 1st valuation to exchange of contracts and completion, HAART at Gidea Park were professional, patient and friendly. As it was our first time selling a property we were in the dark about what to do. We soon realised that we didn't have to worry as the staff made it so much easier. Questions were answered straight away, info came all the time via email and phone call, informing us about viewings, offers and opinions on our property. Special mention for a wonderful lady called Jacqui Mennell, who basically done everything for us, and was our contact for the final couple of months and who gave advice when needed and was on the ball with everything, thanks for all your hard work. Brilliant service, and highly recommend this company..!!

Tom Costin and his team at the Gidea Park branch were fantastic from start to finish. Tom and Carly in particular were exceptionally professional, hard working and had impressive attention to detail. After an awful experience with Purple Bricks, Tom restored my faith by taking excellent photos, writing a persuasive advert and marketing the property at a realistic price to ensure I got an offer within only two days of my flat being on the market! Please don't hesitate to use this branch of Haart and whatever you do - don't use Purple Bricks! If anyone higher up the chain at Haart is reading this review - Tom and Carly should get a bonus this year!

I would not hesitate to recommend Haart, Gidea Park they offer a superb service and kept me updated at all times, Tom, Jacqui, Devina and Carly all work so professionally to keep everything going forward and are always so friendly and welcoming when you go into them or make a phone call nothing is ever a problem for them they always had excellent communication, and quick to answer any enquiries that were made. Jacqui kept the sale running smoothly taking the stress and hassle out of the whole process I can't thank her enough.

The worst estate agents , they rented us a property that should never have been rented out , the property didn’t have an extractor fan in the bathroom and in the kitchen , the landlord just put something in the hole so we assumed it was working not knowing it wasn’t . This contributed to mould in the property and when we complained we were only told to open the windows . House was so cold , also the kitchen was leaking .

We were quite disappointed with our experience with Haart today regarding a viewing at Marshalls Drive. I spoke with Mr. Alex earlier in the day at 10:30 AM, and he advised us to proceed with the viewing scheduled for 2:00 PM. We arrived ten minutes early and called again to confirm, at which point Mr. Alex informed us that the agent would arrive precisely at the scheduled time and not earlier. We waited until 2:10 PM, but no one arrived. My husband then called the office again and spoke with Mr. Jamie, who stated that we should not have attended without receiving a confirmation email. However, this was not mentioned during our earlier calls, including the one made at 1:50 PM after reaching the property. Unfortunately, the lack of clear communication and professionalism from both agents left us feeling quite let down. We hope this feedback is taken constructively to help improve future customer experiences.

It didn't stop there though, they even helped me obtain the metre readings for utilities that I forgot to take. They go the extra mile.
