GoogleThis is an amazing estate agent with fantastic professional knowledgeable staff. I can not express how impressed I am with the service I have received from this place. My house was for sale with 4 agents and Douglas Allen was the one that got me the sale at the price I wanted. They have a feedback system where I can see online who is booked in for viewings and feedback I receive which is fantastic. They always notified me on everything that was happening and were such a pleasure to speak to. Thanks Gizem for everything and thanks to Les for all of your amazing advice. I will always recommend Douglas Allen to everyone! You are truely above and beyond your competitors out there! Well done!
Hello, Thank you for leaving us your feedback! Best wishes, Douglas Allen

GoogleMr. Bilal Arbi has demonstrated exceptional talent and expertise in the property industry. His extensive knowledge and experience were instrumental in assisting me with the expansion of my buy-to-let portfolio. He provided invaluable support during my recent remortgage process and facilitated the successful acquisition of three additional properties. Mr. Arbi's ability to identify and secure properties that precisely aligned with my desired location, area, and specific streets was truly remarkable. Initially, I intended to purchase only two buy-to-let properties. However, due to Mr. Arbi's unwavering commitment, exceptional customer service, and profound understanding of the market dynamics, I was compelled to increase my investment to three properties. I commend Douglas Allen for recognizing and retaining such an exceptional employee. Mr. Arbi's dedication, positive attitude, and cheerful demeanor are commendable. As long as he remains associated with Douglas Allen, I will continue to seek his expertise for future property investments. In retrospect, I wish I had encountered an agent like Mr. Arbi sooner. His honesty, transparency, and willingness to go above and beyond are truly commendable. I wholeheartedly extend my gratitude for the exceptional five-star service provided by Mr. Arbi.
Hello Mohammad, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We'll be sure to pass this on to Bilal and the team! Best wishes, Douglas Allen
