When I got to view the property on Bede Road initially, I wasn't interested as such as I felt it's a property that has a lot of demand and I felt like with the competition I would not be able to win the property. I spoke to Waqas after the viewing and he suggested the VIP home finder service to me, a service where I could get into see properties before they hit the online market and he suggested to meet Faisal Noor, the in house mortgage adviser, once I became a member of the VIP service and saw Faisal to work out my maximum affordability, I made an offer on the property and it got accepted the very same day!
