I come here to put words to my feelings. By the grace of almighty, I have had opportunities to buy properties even in the past. But, never till now have I met an agent like Aamir. Aamir is an absolute professional with a pleasant demeanour, he has information on his tips, never dodges questions, gives instant and genuine clarity to doubts raised...all, while absolutely leaving space for the buyer to make his own decision. His honest approach helps make decision-making quick. What an asset he is, to ur office, I feel.

Want to say big thanks to Jake (Jay) did a major favour for my brother today who moved into his new place today, there was confusion over the keys to my brothers new home, and Jake went out his way to travel to the old owners new location in order to retain the keys to give to my brother. My brother and whole family in general are very thankful for that and the Chadwell Heath teamwork as a whole from start to finish.

I want to thank Jake / Jay from the Chadwell Heath Branch for helping my parents find a new home, he has been so helpful throughout the whole process, I met him personally at the second viewing and he was so kind and respectful, he had been showing my mum properties consistently over a period of 2/3 months and finally found the one of her and my dads dreams. Jay and the Chadwell Heath branch have a very bright future, will definitely recommend him and Douglas Allen to other family members :)

I have been searching for a property for over a year now and as soon as I saw properties I liked via Douglas Allen, they were very quick to arrange viewing appointments that best suited our times as many of us know the market has been very busy and difficult. Sales team member Hasib.Nawaz has been very helpful always calling to inform me of new properties on the market, he also showed us around the property we have successfully had an offer agreed on, being very professional and friendly since the start of us looking for properties. I can’t thank the Douglas Allen Chadwell Heath team enough for their help and kindness. Another member of the team, Michael has also been very helpful in terms of communicating with the seller and us to arrange things in the best possible way and he remains to be helping us. The team are very efficient, fast and reliable. Their communication with us has just been clear and fast. Best estate agent I have dealt with as opposed to many several other estate agents I have had many problems with. Thankyou for all your help to the Douglas Allen Chadwell Heath Team and I wish everyone else the best of luck whilst searching for a property, Douglas Allen will support you very well during the whole search and sale process.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
