GoogleGreat service from the first call. Communication was fantastic, they kept us in the picture at all times, and helped us organise our move as we were new to the area. They have managed the property well for us, helping with anything that needed to be done immediately. Would recommend to anyone. Friendly, professional team, always willing to help.

GoogleAbsolutely hopeless as letting agents. The people are pleasant enough to deal with, but they are so disorganised and muddled. They don’t pass messages back and forth from landlord/tenant, you can never anyone to call you back, they don’t seem to keep records of anything, they don’t follow up on anything, or work quickly to get issues resolved. And each time you speak to them you have to explain it all again. Very frustrating. Over promise, under deliver and quite amateurish. Recommend you avoid.
