TrustpilotIncredible
Both Donna and Kellee have been incredible. Selling my property has been very stressful but both Kellee and Donna have been with me every step of the way. Doing everything in their power to move things along. They have been a great support and I can't recommend Balgores enough.

TrustpilotGreat service from the team
Great service from Balgores in selling our home. The well-organised team were always happy to help. Donna especially was an absolute star. She communicated efficiently and effectively with the rest of the chain. Her hard work was a major factor in ensuring that our sale went through to exchange. Would highly recommend.

Jack sold my property in Grays and he was great. Really don't know how he keeps sane with all the trials and tribulations we had. However he really worked hard to stay and keep me positive. Thanks again Jack. I'm in my new home relaxing 😌 Rachel

I needed a good agency to let my mother's house when she went into residential care and then, in due course, to sell it. As I live some 500 miles away from the house I had to have an agency that kept me informed and could sort out all the day to day issues. Balgores Property did not let me down. Top marks.

TrustpilotSimply the Best
Honestly I tried so many of the main high street estate agents as well as online selling it was a joke until I went with Balgores in Hornchurch. They were head and shoulders above the competition and realistic. They told me in a difficult market my house would be sold within a month and against the odds it did sell. Can’t praise their professionalism enough.

TrustpilotOne star is too many!!!
To say they are "economical with the truth" is being very kind to them. They were unhelpful, insisted we used their conveyancers (AVRillo) who were very poor and expensive.I only went with Balgores because they had the house that I wanted, but I would advise any potential vendor to look elsewhere if they want a smooth and harmonious transaction.

TrustpilotCannot recommend enough
Abi and Mackensie have been a massive help to us whilst buying our first property, getting everything done so quickly as they were so on it. Answering all of our questions along the way, no matter how silly. Highly recommend!
