TrustpilotDepends on the branch - not all are good
Had a very unprofessional dealing with their hornchurch branch. I felt like they were lying and pushing up the price of a house. Really ignorant and rude staff.

Very poor communication from the estate agent. They recommended their solicitors so they say the whole process can be fast tracked. But that wasnt the case. Even their mortgage advice bureau was a complete farce. No one knew what was happening with the property we purchased. I would avoid using their solicitors and mortgage advice bureau.

The team at Hornchurch are brilliant. Donna Hickey helped throughout the buying process. She was on top of everything. I hardly called my solicitor for updates as Donna cc me into all the emails. Without her i would have still be in buying process.

GoogleCannot fault balgores for helping me buy my property. Excellent service. Really good at communicating with me (especially compared to other estate agents I have used before). It was Ryan that took me to see the property twice and even helped me to take measurements for the windows and for a new sofa. So happy!

TrustpilotMortgage bits with Liam and Mackensie
House to be purchased changed a few times so subsequently so did the mortgage amount! Liam and Mackensie didn’t batter an eyelid and helped regardless of how many hoops we kept having to jump through. Always responsive and offered down to earth real advice. Highly recommend!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
