Excellent service from start to finish from the Hornchurch Branch. All staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Our purchase was during the Covid outbreak so it came with some challenges, however the agent and broker were exceptional in keeping us up to date and helping when we needed it. Would highly recommend. Special mentions to Callum, Donna and Dan (Broker) who were great throughout.

GoogleCalled booked and appointment got an confirmation passed all there so called mortgage checks instantly .Then on the day an hour before I got a call offers been excepted at midnight and I can’t view the property . Judging by the other reviews I think my name or religion is an issue Aswell judging by the other reviews.

Want to keep this short. My chosen Solicitor and Conveyancers we useless. If it wasn't for Donna Hickey, our sale would have failed on at least 3 occasions. It was her hard work, tenacity, knowledge, and experience aligned with a never give up attitude that got this over the line. She is a star and an asset to Balgores.

As usual the selling & buying process throws some curve balls in along the way, but every single time (Daniel especially) stepped up to the mark and got us back on track. We are now living in our dream home! Yes they’re not the cheapest but I do truly believe that you get what you pay for! Thank you Balgores

GoogleI did not use this company directly however I was in a chain which involved this agent. The chain collapsed and this agent consistently was misleading and untruthful about what was going on. It almost lost me my ongoing purchase. In the end I felt it best to leave the chain completely and re-market my property.

I met with one of the sales consultants, Kellee. Not only was she punctual but knowledgeable. She came armed with relevant literature for me to take away and had sent further info. to me within the hour. I used these people years ago and tbh was pleaseantly surprised that they have maintained such excellent levels of service.
