GoogleMy experience was excellent. Freddie and Jessica from Bairstow Eves were able to help me identify and secure an apartment with a minimum of obstacles, even though I was in the USA. The customer service was outstanding and I would have no hesitation recommending Bairstow Eves to others.

GoogleDon’t let them near your property, by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Extremely unfriendly unresponsive and unprofessional. Pay more if you have to and go to another agency.

GoogleI have just completed on my flat and have had an excellent experience using BE. What should have been a straightforward transaction became quite frantic due to silly deadlines being demanded by my buyer and inefficiencies from their solictors. The BE sales coordinator was brilliant with a professional approach and excellent communication. I would highly recommend them.

FeefoGood communication by staff from arranging viewings to following through with the sale. This was a complicated sale with the renewal of a lease involved. Staff liaised well with myself and the buyer and ultimately with acting solicitors. It was particularly helpful that I was kept informed when issues arose which could then be dealt with promptly.

GoogleI am a tenant of Bairstow Eves and I highly recommend them. They are brilliant. The agents who work there are very helpful and you are guaranteed a quality professional service. They are reliable and will always get back to you if you have any questions, which I have personally appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property as you will not be disappointed with the service you will receive. Moving into a different property can be a daunting, stressful experience. However, they made the process enjoyable, pleasant and stress free.

FeefoI met with the agent who was very knowledgeble and helpfull. They gave me realistiuc expectation re sale. It went on the market and sold within 6 days. I was away and they dealt with everything. First class.

GoogleVery dissapointed about this company service, absolutely awful! I paid the holding deposit for a property and then they told me that is not possible to give me the property because"the landlord is not picking up the phone".Ok, i did trust them, but then the things get worse, they was trying to show me other properties which obviously i didn't want them as was not what i was looking for! Plus, when Jameson show me another property, he was so surprised that i paid the holding deposit,"oh, really?"then everything went very clear, the property went let agreed but with 50£extra.I called them and they still saying to me that the landlord is not picking up the phone! Now i'm waiting for my money back.Jameson and Ozlem Belindir absolutely 2 liars,never get a contract with those people.You have all the chances to become homeless.You can't play with people's lives like that!
