Jessica and Jason are a credit to Bairstow Eves (Romford Branch). Me and my family were extremely pleased with the service they provided to us. Jessica was always available to answer any of our questions and was extremely helpful and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner. Jason is polite and helpful too. Myself and my partner rented with Bairstow Eves Romford for 6 months. From start to finish the agency were super responsive and attentive - especially Jason who was always available for a chat over the phone to answer any queries. Due to unforeseen circumstances we sadly had to leave our property, the agency were so understanding and even offered to advertise the property while we still had time left in our tenancy to try and help our situation by getting another set of tenants in early. Freddie went above and beyond to make our early termination as smooth as possible. The service and professionalism we received was a complete breath of fresh air as opposed bad experiences we encountered with previous estate agents. Staff are very courteous and caring. I was impressed by the level of communication and commitment by each staff. They will answer any doubts you may have and if unsure, they will find out and let you know. Aftercare was very good too, calling to make sure everything is ok. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sophie in lettings, she was polite and professional throughout the process. Relocating was less stressful as we let Sophie know we had a certain date to work towards because of a new job. Based on what we’d told Sophie she kept in touch and let us know as soon any appropriate properties become available so that we could arrange a viewing. We found the property for us and couldn’t fault the service. We would recommend this estate agents.

Impossible difficult to deal with. They charged us to renew the contract and then failed to do it. Landlord served us a notice to leave as she sell the property but agency did not refunded the fee charged for contract renewal. After we left the property in december, we did not received the deposit back as the landlord did not respond to phone calls and emails. 7 months after we moved out, they deducted £550 for God knows what and offered us the rest of money from the deposit after more than 20 emails and visits to the branch. The branch manager tried back in november to kick me and my then pregnant wife out of the office and everybody else was just watching. I cannot stress enough how bad they treated us. We was probably one of the best ever tenants for them and landlord, doing a lot of works to the house free of charge. We tiled the batheoom floor as was lino, we replaced the toiler, washing basin, bath mixer, shower mixer, washing machine, kitchen extractor, all the lighting throughout the house with LED panels, an LED chandelier in one of the bedrooms, powerflushed the heating system, installed Trvs to all the radiators, installed a water softner on water supply, installed external water and power supply in front drive, run power supllyto the back shed, planted roses and other flowers in the garden, etc etc. And all this in first year. After all this have been done, the landlord refused to extend the contract in april 2018 but did not let us know. The agency did not comunicatend all this to us and in october 2018 served us a 2 months notice to leave. This costed us £550 from deposit, time and hassle thanks to Bairstow Eves Romford. The contract was signed on behalf the agency by Victoria Picton and after she left the company, now we dealing with Ellie Miller. Ellie is the person who dealing with the landlord now and waste our time for the last 7 months. As a piece of advice, i strongly recommend you to never use them so you don't go through what we have gone.

This agency is the lowest in customer service and dealing with people!! From top to bottom, no one knows how to talk, behave or deal with people!! Not to mention that when you have an issue they keep sending you to other people in the hope problem will disappear!! Would not recommend to anyone who wants to get a house, they are slow, not professional s and overall they give you the impression they making you a favour if they take time to talk to you!! Very very bad service!! STAY AWAY!
