GoogleI cannot recommend Horizon highly enough. From the very beginning of the selling process, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Their communication was outstanding, I was kept informed every step of the way, and no question was ever too much trouble by every member of the team. A very special mention must go to Kerry, who was simply fantastic. After my original buyer turned out to be a timewaster and the house had to go back on the market, Kerry managed to secure a new buyer the very next morning. Her dedication, efficiency, and positivity completely took the stress out of what could have been a very frustrating situation. What really stood out throughout was Horizon’s attention to detail and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible, guiding me through every stage with clarity and confidence. Their market knowledge and advice were spot-on, resulting in a quick sale at a price I was very happy with. Selling a home can feel daunting, but with Horizon on my side, it felt straightforward and well managed. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to family and friends. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you so much!

GoogleThis agent will do anything to gain a property let. Their staff lie to perspective tenants and Landlords alike. The tenant will be promised anything to sign an agreement without this being agreed by the Landlord. I unfortunately chose them to manage my property and it has been a complete nightmare. Now trying to cancel the agreement and being threatened with legal action. Whether you are a Tenant or Landlord stay well away !!!

Reece kept us up to date throughout the whole process and was professional and polite throughout. The service provided was to a high standard and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We were always kept up to date at all stages even when there were delays with out buyers this was always communicated and chased. You were accommodating and friendly and we really couldn’t thank you enough.
