They were considerate and patient when waiting for the bungalow to be released for them to put on the market following his passing. We liked that we received progress reports and updates regularly. GoogleA very poor experience and my seller ended up going with someone else who offered her more money despite me paying nearly £1000 for a survey and not once backing out. I am giving 1 star to Calum because he was polite and friendly but I can honestly say I got a better service from the charity shop next door.

GoogleMatt and the team were fantastic throughout the whole process from the point of booking in our initial valuation to arranging viewings and giving us our feedback. They were patient with us given our employment set up which is not always flexible with booking in viewings, and kept us fully up to date every step of the way.. They are a great team and we trusted them completely with our property sale and would highly recommend their services to friends and family.

FacebookAfter contacting horizon regarding the lack of contact since I put my property up for sale with them I was told I was wrong . I was told it was all in my head . When I said I wasn’t happy with how I was spoken to the agent laughed . Told me if I wasn’t happy to go elsewhere . Then found out they had my email address wrong . Their response ? ‘Oh well it’s an easy mistake to make ‘ I said I’d only had 2 calls in 5 weeks from them . He told me he didn’t believe me. I said I wasn’t happy with the service . His reply ? ‘And .... ‘? . Really unhappy and upset by their dismissive attitude . I must add that Ed was so lovely when he came to value my property and I had a lovely chat with Kerry during one of the two phone calls I’d had . Which made it all the more shocking when I came up against Rhys and John whose customer service skills were sadly lacking

They couldn’t have been more accommodating of our need for multiple viewings and the team at horizon were always at the end of a phone or email to answer worries. Can’t recommend them enough

FacebookPoor communication when marketing the property (both before and after viewings). Lots of no shows for viewings which were not followed up by them (I was never contacted with an explanation, I always had to seek them out). These viewings were also never rebooked which is noteworthy. When I contacted them for the second time about their lack of interest in selling the property, the response was rude and dismissive rather than conciliatory. No acknowledgement of the validity of any of the concerns or consideration of our point of view. It is a shame as I do not feel the tone of the response was professional or necessary.

FacebookHORIZON were the best estate agents that i have ever dealt with and i have moved a few times. The whole team were so helpful taking out the stress thats involved in buying and selling a property. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they would put your mind at ease with all the delays, they would always keep me up to date with what was going on which makes a big difference to other estate agents.i would recommend Horizon everytime and would like to thank them for all their help with my sale
