Tina who dealt with our purchase, was always very communicative and pleasant to deal with. Always kept us in the loop, truly helped during all procedures. GoogleAbsolutely waste of time and money , totally bunch of cowboys. First tenant they found for me was Supposed to move in to my property on the 2 of October 2019 but 2 October come and gone nothing happened. After I told them I’m going to take my business elsewhere they found another tenant ,Second tenant was supposed to move in on the 9 of November but it never happened. I was always told pack of lies that just few more days wait . My property is in very good condition and in very good area, because of their negligence and laziness i lost nearly £3000 rent . I will never use your move Rochester branch again. Since then I have used another state agency Who found tenant for me in matter of time and new tenant moved in at the binging of December.
