GoogleThe Rochester Team have been incredibly helpful with the purchase of our first property. Our purchase was difficult due to issues further down the chain but the team were supportive, communicated with us well and kept us in the loop whenever they could. Despite the difficulties, the teams support and hard work made us feel better and allowed us to achieve our first home and we couldn’t be more happy!

GoogleEmma Fox is a fantastic mortgage advisor with all the qualities you look for in this business. I was trying to get a buy to let mortgage and an extra borrowing from my residential property. It was not a straightforward case as some lenders were reluctant to give me the amount I needed while the Bank of England kept increasing its base rate. Emma made my life a lot easier as she sorted out all the problems for me. She helped me secure the best possible rates in the current climate in good time and I am very happy with her service.

GoogleAn outstanding service all round! Jordan Hudson dealt with my case and I honestly couldn’t have gotten through it without him. He went above and beyond to make sure that the whole process was as smooth as possible and was at the end of the phone whenever I called. He offered reassurance and dealt with any problems effectively and efficiently. His communication was amazing which put my mind at ease and meant that I was kept in the loop at all times. He is excellent at his job and I was very fortunate to have him dealing with my case.

GoogleOverall a good experience buying a house through Your Move Rochester. Jordan was our first contact, facilitating 2 separate viewings so both my girlfriend and I could view separately. Nice guy and no pressure approach to viewings. Tina then took over and very good at staying in touch when needed. Also responded to emails very quickly, which was important when we had some solicitor issues during the process. The sale on our previous property fell through very close to exchange and Tina was supportive whilst we found another buyer, somehow the sellers didn’t give up on us! Would recommend selling/buying through Your Move Rochester, and we’ll likely do so when/if the time comes to move on. Thanks 👍🏻

GoogleRented property through your move, 5 years of abuse from landlord, one whole year before getting a renewal from year before, not once did your move take responsibility to help us. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy that's how bad they are, my confidence in the team at yourmove is gone all about protecting the landlord not the people who rent.

GoogleAmazing service. Everyone was very attentive. They responded to all queries promptly. I would use them again. We had some difficulties with the external referencing company. However Matt dealt with it and patiently listened to my "ranting" and supported me. Lucy proactively took all the information of the incident and guaranteed to take it forward to the company.

GoogleThe whole team, and especially Tina, were great throughout the sales process. They were particularly on the ball when it came to closing the sale hours before the Covid-19 lockdown.
