Hi Stefan, I can only assume that the 1 star review relates to the fact that the landlord has charged you £120 from your deposit for the hole that you made in the wall at the bottom of the stairs? As explained to you at the time this is the landlords decision and not that of RedDoor Homes, however we fully agree with the amount stopped and did highlight that the landlord has NOT made any stoppages for the burn in the carpet in the bedroom or the damage to the blind. You also accepted the stoppage from the deposit and had the opportunity to refuse this and or refer the case to the tenancy deposit scheme.
