TrustpilotWell deserved five star review for Matt Corfield
Thanks Matt, a great job completing on the sale of our property. Brilliant communication and a calming influence during frustrating issues typical of a chain of houses.

TrustpilotShocking experience to buying a house
Shocking experience to buying a house. In Huddersfield. I offered over asking price and they made me wait 5 days with no response. I chased many times in between to not even get a phone call back. Told me fibs in between to keep me on hold , for to be told last min 2 other offers had been made which left no time to think and got sold within the couples of hours. Where as I was first to view and offered over asking so that it would have been accepted straight away. But they wasted my time on purpose. They just had to be honest and told me that other people are viewing and potential offers could be made, but made me feel that I was the highest offer for a while and they couldn’t reach either parties for 5 days!!! Disgusting .. person dealt with me was Emmy spiers

TrustpilotService was great once Leon was involved
Once we got through the initial stages of putting an offer in and started working directly with Leon, the service was fantastic and he was incredibly helpful.

All staff members we dealt with were very helpful and polite. Even though Ryder Dutton was only handling our purchase of a property, Oliver gave us really helpful advice on what to expect with regard the sale of our property. Also, the staff member who helped with viewing the property we eventually bought was very friendly and helpful too.
