At times the staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful. However, i did often feel hounded. This was especially bad at one point when i was hospitalised and was still beinv hounded.

Put an offer in above market value. The Estate agent at Ryder and Dutton Middleton told my husband our offer was rejected based on our age not affordability. This was told to my husband.so I rang up and the estate agent confirmed this and was laughing. When I explained we were already going ahead with another property anyway. But that his comments were in fact discrimination based on ageism not affordability. I am so glad I did not choose Ryder and Dutton to buy from or market my home. So they have failed to close two deals🤣 especially when a recession is around the corner. I would never use this company staff very rude glad I used a professional.
