Lisa Royle at the Middleton branch has been fantastic! Helping us with a search that started 18 months ago, selling of my parents’ house 10 months ago and buying a new bungalow 9 months ago, she has guided, steered and supported us through each element and went over and above what her role is. The process was slightly hindered due to the COVID 19 situation, but even during that period Lisa kept in touch and assisted in communicating with solicitors and other people in the chain…. just brilliant. I can’t recommend her enough, and the rest of the Ryder & Dutton team who we occasionally dealt with were also prompt with their actions and always so polite. Nothing is too much trouble and we would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again. Thank You!

After 34 years in our property, we weren't looking forward to going through the house selling/buying process but Lisa and the team at Ryder and Dutton really helped to make it almost painless. Sam and Oliver did a great job with the viewings, and then Lisa kept on top of the process, providing a valuable link between estate agents and solicitors, and chasing up when it was needed. Even the person who was buying our house said how impressed she was with Lisa's performance. We would definitely use Ryder and Dutton again (but hope it's not for sometime yet!)
