We experienced exceptional service provided by Leon James and Sue at Ryder and Dutton, Rawtenstall.We have been extremely impressed with Leon's dedication and professionalism throughout our interactions. He has consistently gone above and beyond to facilitate our visits to to the property which was empty ensuring we could show tradespeople the property for the necessary works. Last week, Leon met us at the property as we had tradespeople coming to provide quotes. Unfortunately, one of them was delayed and arrived late, but Leon was very understanding and stayed beyond his finishing time to accommodate us. His willingness to help and his courteous demeanour were greatly appreciated.Moreover, Leon has kept us well-informed on the progress of the sale, providing timely updates that have been invaluable to us.Additionally, I would like to commend Sue, who has shown us around the property. She, too, has been an absolute pleasure to work with and is a credit to your team

I was purchasing my first house from Ryder & Dutton. Initially I found that I would get a few phone calls which would have been best directed to my solicitor and not myself. Once I moved from this initial person (Amber) to the lady who dealt with me more throughout (Geraldine) this improved a lot more. Geraldine kept me informed throughout and made the process much more straight forward and was a good person to ask questions to in what is a relatively stressful process

The inital valuation took place via a Zoom call, which we were a little nervous about, but the team had the experience to manage this along with our expectations.
Jordan was great, he was always available and nothing was ever too much to ask. He managed all of our viewings via their online system so we could see what was happening all the time. Even during the last few weeks he was checking up with us and keeping us informed.
