I would definitely recommend Ryder & Dutton, I had a few estate agents come out to my property but I found Oliver who came out first to value my property very professional and he was extremely helpful. Through out the whole process Lisa Royle kept me updated with all information related to my house sale. We had a couple of valuations for our property and went with Ryder and Dutton for their detailed knowledge of the area/market and how heavily present they are around North Manchester. Branch Manager, Michael's enthusiasm and professionalism meant there was no other option who we were going to sell our house with. We had the ability to receive reporting on the interest in our property, and once sold - track progress of our sale and were regularly kept up to date with everything. Lisa was a tremendous support throughout, being in a chain can be stressful but Lisa made the whole thing a pleasant and stress-free experience.
