From the moment we put our house up for sale the staff at Ryder and Dutton, Middleton have all made us feel like really valued customers. Aneeka, in particular, has been in regular contact offering advice and important information along the way and going above and beyond when it came to printing documents and explaining the process. We would definitely recommend Ryder and Dutton to anyone thinking of selling their home.

GoogleRyder & Dutton had acted as manging agents for a buy-to-let property we owned in Manchester, so it made sense for us to use them when we came to sell. The actual marketing,viewing and sale went very smoothly, but the conveyancing process was really drawn out mainly due to both buyers' and our solicitors being somewhat slow in progressing matters. However, Richard and the team were excellent throughout in chasing things up and keeping us up to date. We would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell.

GoogleI have recently sold up then bought my new house. Although it could have been very stressful i had my 2 estate agent angels Lisa Royal and Claudette Cole to guide me. Lisa was great from start to finish of me selling my old property, i rang with numerous questions which she always seemed to manage to put my mind at rest. Claudette was my agent to assist with buying my new property and was a god send particularly towards the end where she ensured the purchase ran smoothly, even when i rang in a panick she was able to reassure me. I am forever grateful for the support Lisa and Claudette have given me. Id like to thank them and the rest of the team at Ryder and Dutton, Middleton. Thanks so much!

GoogleHaving tried two Estate Agents before Ryder and Dutton, with reliability can say that Ryder and Dutton are outstanding! From the moment Oliver contacted us to value the house, to the effort and exceptional care Claudette Cole supported us with, we are so happy now coming to the end of our property sale. Initially we were sceptical as we had dealt with four agents previously and gone ahead with two; with limited success. However from the word "go", our home was placed quickly on the market, we had viewing sorted by Claudette within the first 5-10 days! As working Professionals, we were worried our home would not be prioritised, but seriously nothing was too much trouble by the Ryder and Dutton team. Claudette gave us regular updates, was strategic in her advice and helped us achieve our asking price (which we didn't get with the other previous agents). She treated us with respect and compassion all the way through. Now we are coming to the end of of sale, it is only right that we thank the team for treating our property as a home and not just another house on the market. GoogleI have nearly completed the sale of my property with Ryder and Dutton in Middleton. I initially met with Michael Hodson who valued the property. He was friendly, professional and had expert knowledge of the area. He decided to market the property at a value which he thought would generate the most interest and give me the best chance of a quick sale. The Senior Negotiator was Lisa Royal who has been fantastic. She was very helpful and and kept in daily contact via phone and email. The property had many offers the first week which all exceeded the 'for sale' price which I am extremely happy with. The communication from start to finish has been outstanding from the whole team and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI would like to say how happy I am with Claudette Cole at Ryder & Dutton . What an amazing Lady , she was professional all the way through my Sale . We hit many problems but Claudette went that extra mile . She chased solicitors constantly , emailed and telephoned a few times a week . We hit many issues along the way and we overcome them . So if anyone wants to look for an estate agent That will work for the customer go to Ryder and Dutton and if you get Claudette, consider yourselves fortunate. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

GoogleSo pleased that we decided to sell our property through Ryder & Dutton. The service has been excellent throughout, They sent representatives to the property for all viewings and when it came to negotiating the sale Claudette Cole was an excellent help. Once the sale had been agreed, the follow up to completion by Claudette was amazing. She liaised with the Buyer's and their Solicitors and kept us informed weekly of all developments until the sale was completed. She is definitely a very professional 5 Star negotiator.

GoogleThe Middleton office handled the sale of our property, also in Middleton. We were looked after throughout the process by Claudette Cole of whom I can't speak highly enough - she was brilliant every step of the way. She was pro active in dealing with both party's solicitors (and, my goodness, they needed to be pushed at times!) and kept us updated and informed on at least a weekly basis, often more frequently, either by email or phone. Always courteous and helpful with advice, Claudette was a pleasure to deal with. I am more than happy to recommend Ryder & Dutton Middleton - and Claudette in particular.

Richard Boyle was very helpful in handling the sale of my property , 131 Hazel Bottom Rd, He handled the sale professionally and responded quickly to any questions that I had. I have now completed sale and it has been a good experience with Ryder & Dutton agency which as smoothly as possible. I was extremely happy with how Richard handled my questions and the follow up with solicitors until the completion of the sale of my property.

GoogleI can highly recommend Ryder & Dutton in Middleton. From the first point of contact to the final call to confirm completion had taken place the service was excellent. Every member of staff I spoke to or dealt with was cheery, polite and helpful. My senior negotiator was Lisa Royle who couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and efficient. Throughout the process Ryder and Dutton have been fantastic. Even with teething problems from either side the chain or something needed updating on the listing they were proffesional, helpful and most importantly caring. Alex who manged our listing was always approachable kind and helpful answered any questions and took time to make sure we understood everything and that we were happy with any amendments throughout the listing process. Once a sale was agreed, we were the managed by Megan who fought tooth and nail to get the sale through even when problems arose thoughout the chain. We were always kept informed and had regular updates on how the sale was progressing. We cannot sing Ryder and Duttons praises enough, and we thank Graham and his team at the rawtenstall branch for everything to make a stressful process a lot easier.

GoogleI've used Ryder & Dutton twice over the years, once to buy and the other, most recently, to sell my property. From start to finish from the valuation, to marketing, to negotiation through to exchange and completion the staff have been with me every step of the way. All the staff I've dealt with have been very friendly without taking anything away from their efficiency and professionalism. Very special mention to Bryony Crookes who I've dealt with from the beginning, she stayed with me all the way through, rather than hand it over to another colleague for the latter part of the sale. Bryony would always pull up a chair when you went into the office, which I often took advantage of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryder & Dutton for your purchase or sale.
