They didn’t have much to do because the house sold itself, I feel they grossly underestimated its value which proved correct when offers started to come in, however, I have to thank Jade & Michaela for keeping us informed and up to date with everything as it moved on.

GoogleExcellent service from Ryder and Dutton Middleton and their assigned sale agent Richard Boyle. The online portal is 24/7, very simple and completely transparent. You are regularly updated via telephone and email on the progress of the sale/purchase. Communications 1st class 👌 Richard was also very attentive, enthusiastic, helpful and cheerful and was always available should we have any questions or enquiries etc House sold within days that’s due to the highly professional service from start to finish the whole team were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Honestly I cannot find any fault! Highly recommend!! I don’t recommend easily. Thanks Maria

Such an easy process buying through R&D. Alex was amazing all the way through and even with a hiccup on the last day (due to the solicitors) she stayed longer than she should have to ensure I could pick the keys up (after making multiple phone calls helping me out) and had somewhere to actually live the day my sale went through. I have been actively persued by Michaela Hewson to write this review (at least 3 times!)....I was reluctant to write one as I have nothing nice to say about her, hence my reluctance to write one...and I'm not the only customer that feels this way about her. I feel her communication style needs working on and she doesn't appear to act neutral in her dealings, I asked her manager, Oliver White if someone else could deal with my case, he wasn't supportive at all towards me and ignored my request, he doesn't want to know you once he's signed you up although he says at the time, any problems get in touch with me...on the other hand I cannot thank Jenny Boyle enough and Jade Pass was also very helpful and polite. I went with R & D because they control the market and buyers look at their website first (in my opinion), I must point out that you don't have to pay their large costs ...you can negotiate your costs. I do not want a reply from R & D thank you very much...enough has already been said....😞I woud like to thank Jenny Boyle and Jade Pass for all their help.

Lisa was able to move me along at a pace I need to go. She was always there for advice and guidance. She kept working for me when the buyer was getting complicated 14 months and we’ve got there with Lisa. It would not have been done.👍 without Lisa.

From the moment we put our house up for sale the staff at Ryder and Dutton, Middleton have all made us feel like really valued customers. Aneeka, in particular, has been in regular contact offering advice and important information along the way and going above and beyond when it came to printing documents and explaining the process. We would definitely recommend Ryder and Dutton to anyone thinking of selling their home.

GoogleRyder & Dutton had acted as manging agents for a buy-to-let property we owned in Manchester, so it made sense for us to use them when we came to sell. The actual marketing,viewing and sale went very smoothly, but the conveyancing process was really drawn out mainly due to both buyers' and our solicitors being somewhat slow in progressing matters. However, Richard and the team were excellent throughout in chasing things up and keeping us up to date. We would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell.

GoogleI have recently sold up then bought my new house. Although it could have been very stressful i had my 2 estate agent angels Lisa Royal and Claudette Cole to guide me. Lisa was great from start to finish of me selling my old property, i rang with numerous questions which she always seemed to manage to put my mind at rest. Claudette was my agent to assist with buying my new property and was a god send particularly towards the end where she ensured the purchase ran smoothly, even when i rang in a panick she was able to reassure me.
