Absolutely terrible experience. We have been dealing with ongoing damp and mould issues for around a year, yet despite repeatedly reporting the problem, Ryder & Dutton have failed to properly resolve it. Instead of taking responsibility and finding a real solution, the issue has been repeatedly pushed aside and excuses have been made. Extremely disappointing service and absolutely not an agency I would recommend.

Catherine the sale progressor is amazing! She wasn't even my estate agent, she was our vendors estate agent, but she was brilliant in keeping everyone up to date with information! Would definitely recommend ryder and dutton based in our experience with Catherine alone. The personal touch boosts everything. People were approachable and kept appointments on time. ,any concerns were speedily addressed, and any difficulties explained. I really cannot see how service could be improved. However being in a senior age group I found use of emails and remote signing daunting and off putting - could old fashioned paper be offered as an alternative?
