Seen few properties so a gave full asking price which they acccepted plus a had funds in my account wich a dont need mortgage so get solicitors involved last minute they ring up saying they have been offered a higher price wich they then said what am willing to pay wich a told them you put price a accepted your full price and a asked if this was a auction this happend on 3 occasions with me never going to buy or sell with this company mainly ashton under lyne and oldham branch

My own business of 17+ years is involved on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with 100+ estate agents across the North West and I think this puts me in a good position to make comparable reviews of agents. I have found over the years that it is not the company that makes the branch a good one, but the specific staff within each branch that makes things good or bad. I find this branch of Ryder & Dutton and it's staff to be one of the best branches/agents within the North West and would most certainly recommend them to my own clients, family and friends 👍✅

If i could give no stars that would be kind they messed me around on a property between them the seller and Ramsdens solicitors they couldnt melt chocolate in a oven13 weeks of chasing and getting nowhere just to be lied at constantly.So as of yesterday I cancelled my offer and are now looking again, back to square one which is where I was after 13 weeks with this one What makes this worse is i've sold my house my girlfriend sold hers I have cats in a cattery costing money i've paid money out for searches on a house that has massive issues like its not on the land register as a separate property etc etc which they all know about All this could have been avoided if these clowns acted correctly.Update today 13/08/20 its been relisted as a new property not that its been for sale from September 2019 again any trick to sell with no morals then the clown i was dealing with has sent me this property as a matter of interest

GoogleOur thanks go out to Sonia who was so supportive & tentative when we had problems with our heating and cooker at the same time. She arranged for repairs people to come out to us quickly & sent heaters to us so that we could manage through the cold weather until the boiler was fixed.
