GoogleI would highly recommend Ryder and Dutton. I bought my first property with them. The sale was a lengthy one but was nothing to do with Ryder and Dutton. However, every step of the way Lauren Coomber supported our every need, nothing was too much trouble. If I needed anything at all she would help however she could. She kept me up to date and gave me regular updates and more information that my solicitors ever did. Can’t thank them enough. Excellent customer service.

GoogleI recently bought a house and Ryder and Dutton (Rochdale) were the estate agents responsible. They were absolutely fantastic throughout every stage of the process. Sophia in particular was incredibly patient and helpful, moreso that my own solicitors, in terms of keeping me updated and ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. As a first time buyer, this was incredibly appreciated. I’d happily use Ryder and Dutton (Rochdale) in future for any house sales and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

He guided me through the sale and went above and beyond to help keep things moving with the sale and get things completed as quickly as possible. As a first time buyer i often felt stupid asking questions about the process but Aaron understood and helped me to understand the whole process best he could. Been a pleasure.

I’m a first time buyer in a very tricky market at the moment and after what was a very long road to getting the house completed, myself and my partner honestly can’t thank all the staff at Ryder and Dutton for all their help. They went above and beyond on helping contact people, keeping us informed, chasing questions and trying to get us all answer we needed. They made a long journey a little bit easier for us and I would definitely recommend. All the staff were extremely helpful and always tried to get the answer and always called us back in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying a home. Thanks
