GoogleIt's hard to imagine how we would have got this house sale over the line without the reinforcements of C&N Milnrow. Their local insight, experience and strategy were impeccable, especially throughout 2022 the most turbulent year for buying & selling property since I can remember. Further more, Hayley & her team (Steven the finance guy) were like a bridge over troubled water. Definitely worth the fee.

GoogleFantastic service, Our house was initially looked at by Ben and he got it right on the money, then we met Jonny Upton who worked around the clock to get our house sold, the whole process was made simple by his hard work and dedication to the customer. If you don't use Cowell-Norford then who even are you?!
Hi Max, thanks for your review, glad to hear your experience with Ben and Jonny has been so positive.

GoogleAs a first time buyer the whole experience of viewing properties and dealing with estate agents is like entering another world! Countless estate agents line up offering you all sorts of products and services when all you want to do is book a viewing! This is where Cowell Norford differ from most and it starts from the very first call. Their friendly, warm and sincere approach simply makes your day! I was lucky enough to speak to both Hayley and Danielle, who made every effort to make the whole process of viewing and searching for properties as easy and helpful as they could. I only wish I knew about them before I put my house up for sale as I would have definitely used them as my estate agents. If you are looking for genuine, professional and outstanding estate agents that put you first, then I highly recommend you give Cowell Norford estate agents a call.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHad a great experience with Dominique, Craig and the Team at CN, who helped us sell our house. Right from the start, they were responsive and professional. Throughout the process, they were proactive in arranging viewings and keeping us updated on any developments. Their attention to detail and prompt communication made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free.

GoogleUnfortunately cowell and norford did not provide us with a good service consistently over the 7 months our property was on the market with them. At first we were impressed by their tenacity, however following the end of lockdown, they became uncommunicative and we did not receive regular updates from them. Despite asking for our property to be advertised on Zoopla several times following a reduction in price, this was not done. Their description of our property was poor quality and had spelling mistakes within it, even when we updated the house profile. The floorplan was also inaccurate. Eventually you get fed up of trying to communicate with people who obviously have little commitment to selling your home. We have now got a new agent who has taken the time and effort to write a good description and has taken good quality photos which do our house justice. Its just a shame that cowell and norford didn't do this in the first place.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe most impressive aspect of Cowell Norford was Christina expediting information from the chains' other estate agents and solicitors - keeping us informed of progress and what we needed to do. I was beginning to think it would just drift on, but no...suddenly we needed to clear the house! many thanks

GoogleSold my house and they was great. Kept in touch with me all the time, they chased my solicitor for information. Friendly and knowledge team, everything went really smooth and provided great communication between me and the buyer about everything. I also bought my house through them 20 years ago which was a smooth experience so went back to sell and can not say how smooth everything went. Great team.
