GoogleUnderhand - I recently bought a house that was advertised through this estate agent. I have now found out that the agent who dealt with most of the process (Jonny), including discussing offers and negotiating the price with me, was in a relationship with the seller. They were not open about this direct interest in the sale even when it came up as a query. Very underhand behaviour.

GoogleOne of the worst agencies I’ve ever had to deal with. I tried to contact them so many times and they did not even bother to respond to any of my messages. I even went in person but with no success. I don’t recommend it to anyone to go through them if you are looking to rent. Totally unprofessional. If I had to give them 0 star I would but unfortunately one star is the minimum.

GoogleVery professional and efficient. The house was valued, put on the market and an asking price offer accepted, all within 10 days of my initial contact with Ben at Cowell Norford. The agency remained easy to contact throughout the selling process. The sale has now completed, I am very happy with my choice of estate agent!

GoogleThank you for your great customer service at Cowell Norford! Craig promised to sell our house in 7 days. It was sold within 3 days! This meant we could then secure an offer on a property we had seen listed with Cowell Norford. All staff are approuchable and easily contacted by phone or email. Would definately recommend Cowell Norford to sell your house!

All the team based at Bamford have been brilliant, and a particular mention for Dominique our sales contact. She's extremely pro active, leaves nothing to chance, checks in with all parties weekly, and her experience combined with her pleasant and friendly manner, reassured us with confidence about the sale of our property.
