Buying through Cowell & Norford was easy & the negotiations were straightforward, no nonsense & all in good faith. Importantly communication between all parties was actively encouraged and this made the stress of moving home much more bearable. Christina & her team acted professionally at all times & our journey was as smooth as possible despite obstacles beyond their control. Simply as good an estate agency as you\'ll find.

I have recently been communicating with Sam Haley and he definitely stands out from any other agent I have dealt with. Sam offers a genuine service and truly cares about our end result and satisfaction opposed to his own. He qualified our needs and went above and beyond every single time with regular updates during the entire process. We appreciate your hard work Sam!

Excellent service, very attentive, always chasing the solicitors for updates and pushing for completion at the earliest opportunity. Valued the property higher than others and the property sold for well over the asking price. Highly recommended.
