Google8.3.24 I have amended this as following this original 4* review I was contacted by the agents and asked to upgrade to 5*. I refused. A few weeks back I contacted them via Rightmove with an enquiry about a property they had listed. I have received no contact whatsoever. If they were selling my property I wouldn't be impressed with inflated reviews and/or ignoring portal leads. My advice? Use another agent.

GoogleFantastic service from everyone at Cowell & Norford. We bought and sold with them and I really can't fault the job they did for us. They got us a great price for our sale and helped us purchase a great house too. It went about as smoothly as any house sale can do despite a few bumps along the way but we felt we were in really safe hands. 100% recommend them for buying and selling.

Dealt with Cowell & Norford Milnrow Rochdale to say they are professional is an understatement we requested a valuation of our property member of staff turned up conducted rushed valuation and under valued the property for a quick sale and commission. On a follow up call I discuss my concerns with Cowell & Norford on there level of unprofessional and out of the blue the sales negotiator contacted myself asking whether I was there at the vauluation I told him rind doorbell does not lie but I was absolutely horrified that I had made an honest critique and he had the nerve to challenge me about this as a customer am I not allowed to voice my own opinion without feeling intimidated please avoid use a reputable estate agent and not Cowell & Norford

Really helpful company, they make sure they do everything so that your in the best situation possible and understand everything you are unsure about. Jonny was really helpful in organising everything for me. Helpful and friendly staff that are more than helpful. Would recommend them to anyone whos looking to buy or sell a house.

GoogleUnderhand - I recently bought a house that was advertised through this estate agent. I have now found out that the agent who dealt with most of the process (Jonny), including discussing offers and negotiating the price with me, was in a relationship with the seller. They were not open about this direct interest in the sale even when it came up as a query. Very underhand behaviour.

Cowell and Norford estate agents have been absolutely fantastic from initial contact up to completion in approximately 6 weeks. I must especially mention Dominique,my contact,at Cowell and Norford who has been excellent in concluding the sale.She has been very professional but compassionate in our dealings at this difficult time.I cannot praise her highly enough and I would have no hesitation in using Cowell and Norford in the future ,or recommending them to any buyers or sellers. GoogleFriendly, professional, courteous, I'm a renter and I genuinely mean this, best experience I have had during my years of private renting, any issues I have had since residing in my home they have taken my report and instantly done something about it, speed at which issues get addressed is extremely reassuring, I think whether you're a renter, buyer, landlord, they treat you with professionalism, without a doubt best experience I have had with any estate agent by far.

GoogleIt's hard to imagine how we would have got this house sale over the line without the reinforcements of C&N Milnrow. Their local insight, experience and strategy were impeccable, especially throughout 2022 the most turbulent year for buying & selling property since I can remember. Further more, Hayley & her team (Steven the finance guy) were like a bridge over troubled water. Definitely worth the fee.
