I highly recommend using Seymours to sell your property, Ben and Joe have worked tirelessly to find the right buyers for our nan's unique bungalow with horticultural land. They always kept us informed throughout the process and answered all our queries in a timely manner. It is never easy dealing with bring forced to sell a loved ones property, but Ben and Joe made the process so much easier for us by dealing with all the viewings, surveys and generally checking the empty property was ok. Friendly and informed staff

We have been kept informed about viewings and we feel Seymours were positive about our house. The valuation was a bit too high initially but we thought it would help with negotiation. However, we eventually decided to drop the price dramatically and we started to get some more offers. They could be a bit better with more regular feedback.

I cannot rate the team at Seymours highly enough! Ben, Joe and Emma were extremely professional and supportive throughout our entire buying and selling process. There were many times that the situation with solicitors etc got very stressful. The entire team were there to help us through the those difficult times. I had not previously realised how much work estate agents do in the background to ensure your sale progresses smoothly. I am so grateful for all of their help and constant professionalism, especially in the face of some very stressful customers (and by that I mean myself). A massive thank you for all of your hard work. We are in our forever home now and that would not have happened without the teams assistance.

If I could give them zero I would!! Absolutely shocking service!!! Booked in to view flats for this to be rescheduled 4 times by them!!! To be told we will definitely see the 1 flat we want to… email them to confirm this to be told they will try and request this?!?!!! Not to mention they take days to response to email and everytime they have cancelled it’s been with in a couple of hours of viewing after sorting out an early finish at work for them to cancel and expect us to be flexible when they have already cancelled 4 times

Received excellent service from the Ripley office when selling our flat recently. Ben and the team are friendly and hard working. We were going to try an online company to save a bit of money - but we are so glad we didn't as we wouldn't have got the attention and excellent customer service that we felt was absolutely key to the final sale of our property. WI have just purchased an apartment in the village. Seymours acted for the vendors - a development company. Without doubt it was the good rapport between both them and the builders that made our downsizing and leap into the unknown worthwhile. Of course there were a few snags to rectify but with the help of Mr Conquer, Ben, all has been sorted. I rate Seymours very highly and cannot praise Ben and his team enough. Utterly ridiculous people

Utterly ridiculous people, completely disingenuous and deceitful. We made an application to view a property that had literally just been added to Rightmove. Got an appointment the next day, address seemed weird since the postcode wasn't in the right place and the building photos looked different between website and google maps. We figured it must have been a new build, since the advert said new build and hoped google maps just hadn't been updated yet.We turn up, it's not the same property at all. The red faced agent in an ill fitting blue suit then lies through his teeth, to our faces, claiming he had called and spoken to my partner the day before and explained the property we wanted had already gone and they intended to show us something different. Riiiiiight, good one.The property they decided to show us wasn't even within our budget, so they completely wasted our time! Spent over an hour driving through the school traffic to and from a bogus viewing. They then flatly refused to answer any communications about their behaviour, whilst claiming they had taken our details and would be in touch if anything came up in the future, that met our criteria. We then spent weeks watching multiple properties come on rightmove and never received any communication from Seymours about any of them. I guess they just blacklisted us, since they had already shown us their true colours and we had dared to call them on their BS.Having spoken to several other agents in the area, Seymours are well known for being utterly underhanded and devious! I strongly recommend you avoid going anywhere near them... they utterly suck, they are the reason estate agents have an appalling reputation.
