I needed to sell my elderly parents property recently and Mark and his team helped me do this by assembling a team of specialists to house clear / clean etc. and then get a very good price for it. The efficiency and speed of this service helped reduce the stress on me and my parents considerably. I would highly recommend Myers Estates!

I was sceptical when my sister said, ' I will ask Brad, he will give us an honest answer'. Having dealt with several estate agents over the last few years, that wasn't something I'd say about any of them. During the course of our purchase, however, I was forced to agree with her. Becky Diment was very friendly and helpful in arranging and conducting my viewing.Gavin Whitfield facilitated the Best and Final Offers process, advised me of my success and ensured a speedy issue of the Memo of Sale.Contacting people at Meyers was a little difficult as the advisors seemed to be run off their feet. I was surprised at how busy they were in the current, reportedly poor, housing market: perhaps Dorset is exempt?!

I was about to view a property at 5.45pm and drove in the road and then received a call from there office ( 5.40pm) saying they would have to re arrange the viewing as they had got the wrong set of keys to get in the property.I then saw some other vendors coming from the property with another colleague of the lady I was talking to ???Very very un-professional and am unsure as to whether I believed what I was being toldMy wife was so let down like myself as we had been looking forward to seeing the property all day.
Thank you for your message Matthew - it seems that the property went under offer around the time of your viewing and you likely saw the new buyers coming out... we are not in the habit of gazumping and so we do remove property from other viewers and then look to go to finance checks.. apologies if you wanted to purchase this property. We do provide a homefinder service if that road in particular is a favourite with you - please feel free to ask the Bournemouth office and they will help with that free service..

As we live Down Under, time zones can be a challenge for this sort of thing, but Jamie was great at keeping in touch. speaking to someone on the phone who knew nothing of the properties for sale as he was just an admin person his words Then speaking to a Female about a property we were trying to find in the country she was most unhelpful I was very upset instead of asking me if I wanted a viewing with someone she just hung up as I was talking to her on the phone lost in the back of beyond

Amy has been super efficient, friendly and very helpful during the process which was a learning experience for us as the first time we will manage the property ourselves. We made the right decision to sell with Meyers. We dealt with Tom Bell in the Dorchester (Poundbury) office. What I liked about Meyers was that your house was always shown by the same person on each occasion. Thus they knew the house and could answer the buyers questions. Tom also proved to be a good negotiator. I would definitely recommend using Meyers.

I was very impressed with Meyers, they are bright, intelligent folk with excellent interpersonal skills, good business brains and efficient, effective methods. Communications were immediate, explanations clear and problems solved without fuss.
