I can't thank Meyers and their team enough! Extremely glad I chose this firm for my flat sale. Patrick dealt with the sale, but I had initial contact with Dan. Both are extremely professional, knowledgable and always at hand with extremely quick response times. It was a tricky, stressful sale, but Patrick was fantastic and truly went that extra mile during the whole process. Between my wife and I we have moved house 20+ times and we've never come across an estate agent quite like Myers. In particular, Dan who was dealing with our house sale went above and beyond and completely exceeded all expectations. During the entire process Dan provided regular updates and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the entire chain held together. Like any house move, there were various ups and downs and Dan was hugely supportive throughout. We can not recommend Myers highly enough. They are truly a breed apart. Me and my partner brought our lovely house through Meyers which was a great experience. We dealt with Dan Godwin through the whole experience. He gave us our first viewing and is definitely part of the reason that we ended up buying it! He saw our vision. Dan at Meyers Estate agents Ringwood I cannot fault in any way. My partner and I have sold many houses in our time and what many people do not realise is that the real skill of an exceptional estate agent is behind the scenes, beyond the viewings. Dan has very good communication skills, people skills, and is very proactive and knowledgeable so able to sort through problems that may occur. He is willing to go that one step further that others aren’t and problem solve which was very much required in our conveyance which was like a roller coaster. If you are looking for an estate agent do not look anywhere else. Marks out of 10 = 11.

THE MOST INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!! 10/10 After being on the market with other estate agents for 8 months and having terrible experiences, we decided to have a fresh start by instructing Meyers and we can not fault them, both Dan and Patrick were brilliant! We mainly dealt with Dan throughout the sale and he truly cares and understands the stresses of selling a house, reassured us and calmed our nerves. With other estate agents we could have days of no information on how veiwings went but with Dan, you'd get either a little call or a message giving you his initial thought before he'd even left our house! Communication was oustanding, we didn't once feel like we didn't know what was happening throughout the whole process. He also managed to negotiate us over the asking price even though the market was a little uncertain. Once we got saled agreed he did not let off the gas, he kept in touch with everyone involved and often updated us on things before our own solicitors. Generally could not speak highly enough about how they operate and would recommend anyone and everyone to work with them. Absolute pleasure guys! Thanks again for everything ❤

We used Meyers to sell a family property after the passing of a loved one. Dan and Patrick were sensitive to this and supported us throughout the whole sale. They understood that it was much more than a financial transaction and worked hard to find suitable buyers for the property. We were kept informed through-out in terms of viewings that were booked, feedback from the viewings and what they were doing to follow this up. We were first time buyers and could not have had a better experience! Dan was a real breath of fresh air compared with “typical” estate agents - no game playing, no funny business. We were honest and open with him and he was with us. The way he does business is modern, efficient, friendly and professional. I don’t feel that 5* is enough to give Dan & Patrick at Meyers. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. I’m not joking when I say moving house is like a rollercoaster of emotions! Dan and Patrick were there every step of the way! They are so much more personal than the other high street estate agents I have had experiences with. I would recommend anyone wanting to sell or buy to contact Dan and Patrick! It was a long journey for us personally and plenty of frustrations but Dan especially was always there to hear my rants and provide very productive advice. This is a very overdue review and has been on my to do list since we moved in to our dream house the summer.
